Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add pasta, broth, and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
