One Pan Creamy Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta any type
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta, broth, and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms, or protein like chicken or shrimp for variation.
