Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs boneless
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine and deglaze the pan.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with rice, pasta, or vegetables to soak up the delicious garlic butter sauce.
