Method
- Season the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine and deglaze the pan.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or vegetables to soak up the delicious garlic butter sauce.
