Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Place skin-side down on the baking sheet if skin is intact.
- In a bowl, combine panko, parmesan, herbs, sesame seeds, garlic, and olive oil. Stir until mixture is evenly coated.
- Spread breadcrumb mixture over salmon, pressing gently so it sticks.
- Bake for 12–18 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily and crust is golden.
- Slice into 6 portions and serve hot or warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
For an extra kick, add lemon zest to the breadcrumb mixture. This salmon pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
