Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice optional, for tang

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  2. Stir in honey and vinegar or lime juice if desired. Adjust flavors to taste.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
