Ingredients
  

  • cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa)
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt preferably full-fat for creaminess
  • 3 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the Greek yogurt until fully combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing. Serve as is or dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt or a dash of vanilla extract. Serve with berries or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
